Eligibility for Return:
- Salad meal can be returned within 1 hour of the delivery.
- Salad returns can only be accepted if the product was damaged or incorrect. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for opened food items.
How to Initiate a Return:
To return a product, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.
- You will receive further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping:

2. Refunds

3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
4. Subscription Products
- Subscription Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so before the next delivery is processed. Cancellations can be made by contacting customer support at palakwork58@gmail.com
- Subscription Refunds: For unused or unopened subscription deliveries, refunds will be processed for the remaining subscription period, provided the cancellation request is received before the next delivery is made.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 1 hour of delivery. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or full refund depending on your preference.
